Project Valence

Project Valence is a 2D shooter platformer game where you're infiltrating a mutant animal research lab. Advance further down the laboratory, and neutralize multiple mutants along the way with different weapons you can purchase by defeating mutants.

Gameplay

Shoot down the mutant animals and beat the two-level bosses. Along the way, you will explore the lab, gain coins, encounter weapon vending machines, and maintain your health. Steel yourself up, carefully plan, and don't let them win.

Plot

Vierra, a leader of her biochemistry lab, is developing a serum to improve the lives of disabled animals. Of them all, some she stumbled upon on the streets, in pain, and in need; some were given up, unable to be cared for - so she took them in, with the will to do her best for these animals.

One day, a breakthrough.

It worked... until it didn't.
I saw them with my own eyes, getting better each day. Shaggy the bear wasn't shaking anymore. Charlie and Delta, their little hindlegs moved. Sammy started flapping her wings. Then one by one, they went livid... Their bodies hardened, limbs contorting to a horrendous state, they-

Now the system has malfunctioned, the whole laboratory is isolated, my name is in wreck, and the animals are in pain and rampaging, I must-

I must correct this. No one else have been successful in getting anywhere near them. I must... for their sake.
